Beyoncé, the wildly popular singer who was named Billboard's Woman of the Year last month, is set to release a live concert DVD, a live CD and a new song, "Video Phone" featuring Lady Gaga. The DVD, entitled "I Am...Yours: An Intimate Performance At Wynn Las Vegas" will be released November 23 by Music World Music/Columbia Records. In addition, a Thanksgiving television special - Beyoncé's first on a major network - will air Nov. 26.
Recorded on Aug. 2, 2009 during a sold out four-night stint at the Wynn Resort Encore Theater in Las Vegas, the DVD will mix biographical storytelling, performances and behind-the-scenes footage, showcasing over 30 songs from all three Beyonce solo albums, as well as some Destiny's Child material. A CD of the concert will be included in the package.
Also due on November 23 is the "I Am...Sasha Fierce" Deluxe Edition which will feature five number one hits and two bonus tracks including "Video Phone (Extended Remix)," featuring Lady Gaga.
Last month, Beyoncé was honored as Billboard magazine's Woman of the Year and also received 9 nominations at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, taking home Video of The Year for "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)."
The music video for "Video Phone" will premiere on MTV on Thursday, Nov. 5.
